For those of you who remember Helene Goldberg, there is a social gathering and dinner being held in her honor on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at Temple Sholom in Seal Beach.  For information, please call Ron Yaffee at 562-430-7040.

 

From March 23 through March 30, a replica of the Vietnam War Memorial Wall will be on display at Rose Hills Memorial Park, whose management has asked members of the local clergy to speak each day at the noon hour in memory of those who died in that conflict.  You can hear Cantor Jay give a brief memorial service on Friday, March 26.

 

Anyone interested in attending the Women’s Forum Luncheon honoring Bonnie Neville on March 18^th, it’s $50.00 per person March 6 – 12. 

 

Passover Candy is coming! Place your orders now! The order forms were sent with the February statements.  Order forms are also in the lobby.

 

Circle your calendars for Saturday, March 13th!  A Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to John Singer at our 1940’s Night Club Scene.  So dust off your dancing shoes, air out your Zoot Suit or your uniform, if you have one, and plan to join us at a 1940’s Night Club for dinner, dancing, and award program for John. 

 No dinner reservations accepted after March 8^th.

For the Silent Auction, please remember we are not set up for accepting credit cards. Payment by check or cash only.  We have some interesting items for the Silent Auction.
